to purpose-built triathlon bikes. I bought my first Cervelo Dual for races
& TT's. |

Specialized makes excellent multisport and
road bikes. |
|
Computrainer is the de
facto standard of computerized indoor bike trainers. |
|
|
Suunto Heart rate
monitors with add-on modules for running & cycling. The T3 I use
also measures "Training Effect". |
|
|
The Garmin Forerunner series is an
excellent tool for runners to measure distance and speed outdoors. Every year a new model comes out with even more bells & whistles. |
